Outline drawing of a ballet shoes tooled like a western saddle

Drawing from 17 years of dance lessons, I use Barre-inspired exercises to guide students through an accessible 30 minute clinic with intentional exercises that support balance, stability, and body awareness for riding.

While this is not a Barre-certified or fitness instruction class, I bring what I’ve learned from my years of dance and continually expand my education in rider mechanics through physical therapy, additional coaching.

The 90’s were a rough time for all of us

What should I expect?

Conversation, laughter and most importantly - movement!

My clinic has a simple, rider-focused emphasis:

Lower body strength, core engagement, upper body strength and coordination through Barre exercises that you can do at home.

These exercises and movements are meant to compliment the work you may also need to do through your own fitness, physical therapy or other similar program. All geared towards better balance in the saddle.

Additional details such as how to prepare for class will be sent upon scheduling!

Who can join?

All fitness levels are welcome! Anyone 17 or under, may register with parental waiver.

Modifications will be offered as needed.

Exercises taught are designed to support balance, mobility, and overall stability, with a strong emphasis on body awareness and connection to riding mechanics.
