February 2026 - April 2026

10 AM EST - 10:30 AM EST.

(7 am PST / - 7:30 PST)

Virtual Zoom every Tuesday

Drawing from 17 years of dance lessons, I use Barre-inspired movement principles to guide students through accessible, intentional exercises that support balance, stability, and body awareness for riding. While this is not a Barre-certified or fitness instruction class, I bring what I’ve learned from my years of dance and continually expand my education in rider mechanics through physical therapy, additional coaching.

9 yr old me! I promise to dig out more dance pictures so you all can relish in my 90’s to early 2000’s dance costumes.
